Swimming Betty

Betty went swimming for the first time on our vacation. It took her a while to get used to the water but after a while she really enjoyed kicking back and even swimming a little.

Betty made her first trip to St. Louis to celebrate the 4th of July. We visited with family and had lots of fun.

Betty's Last Day of School

Betty with her daycare teacher Mrs. Ramona on her last day of daycare before the summer break. She will be glad to go back in the fall.

Updating My Blog

Where the Wild Things Are

We seem to have had a small tornado come through our house last night. We put Betty in her crib (in the nice open space you can see below) and just a few minutes later the tornado struck!!

Fortunately no one was hurt but it will take some time to rebuild!
Seriously though - the second picture was taken no more than 5 minutes after we put her down, and she was sleeping soundly.
